SUPER FORGE AND FITTINGS, a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality steel products, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Export Department.
Position: Export Executive/Manager (2-5 YEARS)

About SUPER FORGE AND FITTINGS:
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's export business.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Generate and manage export inquiries and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Export Documentation & Logistics:
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
- Ensure compliance with all export regulations and procedures.
- Payment & Finance:
- Manage export payments and ensure timely collection.
- Handle letters of credit and other payment instruments.
- Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency risks.
- Compliance:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all export compliance regulations.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local and international laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred for Managerial positions)
